    For generations, Fasano, headed by hotelier and restaurateur Rogerio Fasano, has provided unrivaled Italian dining experiences in Brazil. In 2012, the group welcomed the Michelin-star-winning chef, Luca Gozzani, as their new coordinator. Gozzani was certainly the man with the experience for the job; his career started at the age of 14 when he joined the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero di Stato Bernardo Buontalenti. Stints at Don Alfonso in Sorrento and the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence - both Michelin-starred - followed, with Gozzani meeting Rogerio Fasano in 2006. From that moment on, Fasano has trusted his chef to innovate the classics, bringing unexpected twists to the timeless.
